ALMOND OAT COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well
  • Drop medium size balls on cookie sheet 2-3 inches apart.  
  • Flatten with the palm of hand
  • Bake 13-15 Minutes.
  • Leave on baking sheet 2-3 minutes before transferring to rack to cool

For variety add Raisins or dried cranberries
