It's great to eat well! June 1, 2015 Reviewer: Susan from Novato, CA United States   So happy to find organic, blanched almond flour. It's a find in any case but especially if you are following the specific carbohydrate diet. High in protein, too. Yum! April 29, 2015 Reviewer: Susan from northern California   So relieved to find blanched almond meal. My diet is highly limited and having this lovely food in the kitchen, ready to use, is making our lives much, much easier! It also helps that Big Tree has a few recipes on their web site, and that their amazing staffer supplies terrific cooking advice.
